Shipping rates and any free-shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and selected service.

United Kingdom: Royal Mail Special Delivery (typically 1–2 working days)

International: Delivery via our certified carriers (typically 2–5 working days, depending on destination)

Duties & taxes

International orders are fulfilled through Global-e. For eligible destinations, duties, import taxes and clearance fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order total (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), so you will not pay additional charges on delivery.

Prices for deliveries outside the United Kingdom may be shown excluding UK VAT where applicable. The final amount payable — including shipping, duties and taxes — is always displayed before you complete your purchase.

Perfume shipping: We do not ship perfume to all destinations due to import regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact london@solange.co.uk.

Made to order items are shipped within the timeframe shown on the product page.

We cannot be liable for delays due to customs clearance or carrier disruption.
