Shipping
Shipping rates and any free-shipping thresholds are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and selected service.
United Kingdom: Royal Mail Special Delivery (typically 1–2 working days)
International: Delivery via our certified carriers (typically 2–5 working days, depending on destination)
We cannot be liable for delays due to customs clearance or carrier disruption.
We ship internationally to over 50 destinations. Our normal shipping times are:
United Kingdom: 1-2 Working Days*
Europe: 2-3 Working days*
North America(US & Canada): 2-3 Working Days*
Rest of the World: 3-5 Working Days*
**Unfortunately we do not ship Jewellery or Perfume to Brazil, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, or Switzerland due to jewellery importation regulations.
**We do not ship perfume to China due to perfume importation regulations.
Tracking: We will send you an email when your order is dispatched, containing a tracking number and link. You will be able to track your order through all stages of the delivery process.
Made to order items are created on a made to order basis and we aim to deliver them in the time specified on the specific product’s page. Items may take less time than this and we will inform you via email when this is the case.
Duties and taxes for eligible international destinations are calculated at checkout and included in your order total (DDP). We cannot be liable for delays due to customs clearance or carrier disruption.
There may be shipping exclusions relating to general shipments or specific items of jewellery for specific counties. We will be in touch if this is the case for your country.
If you do not see your country at checkout, please contact us and we may still be able to deliver at our discretion.
Bank Holiday & Holiday Closures
We will be closed on bank holidays.
Please note that any orders placed within this timeframe will not be shipped until the first working day following the bank holiday.
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Special Delivery or Fedex.
International delivery will be sent via Fedex.
International orders are fulfilled through Global-e. For eligible destinations, duties, import taxes and clearance fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order total (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), so you will not pay additional charges on delivery.
Prices for deliveries outside the United Kingdom may be shown excluding UK VAT where applicable. The final amount payable — including shipping, duties and taxes — is always displayed before you complete your purchase.

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
For international orders, we require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Solange Limited and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order.
Please contact london@solange.co.uk to process an order return.
Holiday Returns: We have extended our returns policy for all orders placed from November 2022. You can return up until January 31st 2023.
Bespoke items and re-lacquering services are created on a made to order, customised basis and are not able to be returned or refunded unless there has been a manufacturing fault.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns to us must be in the original packaging and packed in the same method it was received.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of items that occur in transit to us.
We are unable to refund any customs charges or sales tax.
All goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead. You will be contacted by a member of our team to inform you of this.

Warranty
Any manufacturing faults will be repaired free of charge within 1 year of purchase, all other damages will be chargeable.
Jewellery damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Proof of purchase is required for this repair guarantee and it is only applicable to purchases made on solange.co.uk or in Solange’s London and New York boutiques.
If you believe that your goods were received damaged, please contact us within seven 7 working days of delivery and we will do our best to help you.
Sizing
We use European sizing for all jewellery.
