The process begins with you discussing your jewellery desires and budget with one of Solange’s experienced sales associates. They will work closely with Solange and are very well acquainted with her design process, putting them in an ideal position to assist you and brief her.

Options can include setting a stone into an existing Solange design, a completely new design around specific gems, the reworking of your jewellery into a piece with Solange’s recognisable touch or simply lengthening a necklace.

Once designed, a sketch will be shared with you in person where any refinements can further be discussed.

If the design meets with your approval, you will be given a quote with timings. If you wish to proceed, a 50% deposit will be required before the manufacturing process can begin. Pieces can take anything from four weeks to four months to make depending on their complexity.
